Nescode celebrates 7th Anniversary.
It is always a great moment of pride to see an organization grow along with it’s core ethos. We are highly thankful to the almighty for showering us with this privilege and to all those who had a constant faith in us all the way long and made it possible.
Early in 2011, when I started this company, it was a bold step and lot of people thought I am out of my mind. The idea was to create a collaborative and inclusive platform to define the true meaning of an organization where people from diverse background can join and explore the possibilities of self.
By taking a peek in time gone by to relive moments from this exciting journey, there are amazing takeaways worth sharing with all of you:
If one looks precisely, building process and framework of an organization starts from personal belief and core value. They think and fine-tune over a period of time before they present to the world. And from there, a group of people take it further inline with an organization’s core value and mission. Also, every single person within the group, performs based on belief, value and goal. Therefore, an organization that we build is just an extension of a great organization called “Self”. And to build and resonate an external organization with true meaning, first we need to build “Self”. Need a transformation within self to transform an organization.
We still stand far away from our dream and haven’t even achieved a percent of it. To achieve the goal, we need to implement the building process which is inclusive and collaborative to define the oneness. As a software development company, with our every single action we build a piece of software and platform by writing a code to build our customer’s business.
We started our journey as a software development company by leveraging open source tools and platform. Together, we need to come forward to contribute to such an amazing open source community which has transformed millions of life.
Being a software development company, we always deal with intellectual property like knowledge, information and ideas, therefore, it is important to understand the value of learning, accumulating knowledge and above all the implementation of the same for social well being.
An opportunity to reach out people has never been so easy. It is important to make people aware of our capabilities and values that we can add into their business and lives.
It is important to celebrate the milestone and achievement but, above all it is more important to celebrate the journey itself. And this is possible only when we are willing to fail. We are moving forward to be a product based company which is clean, lean and usable for business and an individual. Even though we have resources to drive and solve tough practical world problems, let’s be ready to fail.
