We are looking for experienced developers to join us at our Bangalore office. Our technology stack is mostly Python, Django, Javascript, Reactjs, Bootstrap, PostgreSQL and we believe that good engineering transcends the barrier of programming languages.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conceptualizing, developing, releasing and maintaining features of Python/Django based applications. For us, a feature is not done until it is in production and everyone is responsible for the features that they release in production.
- Developing a python/django technology stack-based application based on custom requirement.
- Contributing to the overall technical architecture of existing codebase.
- MySQL and PostgreSQL database update, migration and optimization.
- Understanding, prioritizing and paying off technical debt.
- Co-ordination, evaluation along with senior team members.
Skills and Requirements
- Hands-on programming experience in building web applications using python and Django, javascript & javascript frameworks is a must.
- Ability to own a functional area, mentor teammates, ship production ready code and get the desired business value.
- Github management skill.
- Project management skills are must.
- Good communication skill.
- Understands the importance of good programming practices test driven development, code reviews etc.
